At Atlanta Behavioral Medicine, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data from the Atlanta Behavioral Medicine mobile application.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account using either of the following methods:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the Atlanta Behavioral Medicine app on your device.
- Navigate to your Profile screen.
- Scroll down and tap “Delete Account”.
- Confirm the deletion by following the on-screen prompts.
- Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted.
Option 2: Email Request
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to:
Please include the following in your email:
- Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
- The full name associated with your account
- The email address registered with your account
We will process your request within 30 business days and send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

What Data May Be Retained
In compliance with applicable laws, certain records may be retained even after account deletion:

Retained records are stored securely, de-identified where possible, and are not used for any purpose other than legal compliance.
